Sara is Co-Owner and Director of Elite Property Management, bringing over 20 years of property management experience across the Mornington Peninsula. With extensive industry knowledge and a strong reputation built on consistency, professionalism, and results, Sara is widely respected for her expertise across all aspects of property management.
Sara plays an active role in overseeing the management of the portfolio, supporting the team, and ensuring the delivery of a high standard of service to both rental providers and renters. Her strong work ethic and proactive approach have contributed significantly to the growth and success of Elite Property Management.
Passionate about the industry, Sara understands that owning investment properties comes with inherent risk. She believes the role of a Property Manager is not only to manage property, but to minimize risk for owners through education, clear communication, and identifying potential issues before they arise.
Together with fellow Director Kylie, Sara personally meets with prospective renters to help ensure successful tenancy outcomes and long-term stability for clients’ investments.
