Kylie oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, including compliance, accounting processes, record keeping, and team leadership. She is deeply involved in mentoring staff and supporting their professional development, while also working closely with new and existing clients to provide education and guidance around legislative requirements and best-practice property management.
Together with fellow Director Sara, Kylie personally meets with prospective renters to ensure the right tenancy match is achieved, helping to create successful, long-term outcomes for both rental providers and renters. Her relationship-focused approach, combined with extensive industry knowledge, has been instrumental in building strong, lasting partnerships with clients and supporting the continued growth of Elite Property Management.
